Yes for eligible shops. Customers and loyalty include points, stamps, tiers, and customer lists. Intale, the assistant, is switched on per shop with its own spending cap. It drafts and explains; it does not message customers or act on its own.

No. Outale POS works on any device with a browser — tablets, laptops, or phones. You can optionally connect receipt printers and barcode scanners, but they're not required to get started.

Yes! Outale POS is fully bilingual with complete Arabic and English support. Menus, receipts, reports, and the entire interface can be used in either language.

Plans depend on your business. Restaurants choose Counter, Kitchen, or Hospitality; shops choose Shop, Boutique, or Network.
